Rager Road Waterline, Sanitary Sewer & Lift Station
Our municipal services team in Columbus provided design and permitting for the Rager Road Waterline, Sanitary Sewer & Lift Station, a $1.4-million project to extend utilities in Canal Winchester, OH to properties planned for annexation. With an accelerated timeline set forth due to the development objectives in this part of town, we prioritized and streamlined the project through concurrent design efforts. This included a 6,000-linear-foot, 12-inch waterline extension; a 4,000-linear-foot, eight-inch sanitary force main; a 450-gallon-per-minute duplex submersible sanitary lift station; and 1,200 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer. This project immediately provided service to two, 10-acre buildings serving the e-Commerce industry, fulfilling these important economic development goals for our client.
