Highpoint Condominiums & Turtle Parc Apartments at Little Turtle
The Little Turtle Development, originally constructed in the 1970s, is the only planned residential zoned district in Columbus, featuring single-family and multifamily housing along with a golf course. To support additional residential units, Lead Building Company reconfigured the failing golf course after purchasing it in 2015, freeing up land for new condominiums. V3 was contracted for surveying and civil site design services for this multiphase project, which includes nine new condominium buildings, an expansion of the golf course clubhouse, and additional apartments. Key to the project’s success was coordination with the City of Columbus, the developer, and adjacent residents. Ongoing sediment and erosion control inspections are being conducted to address construction challenges related to the interconnected drainage systems.
