Coleman Property Consolidated Wetland Mitigation Bank
V3 Companies identified and developed the Coleman Property for wetland and stream mitigation, creating a consolidated mitigation bank for a sole source user. Using GIS, V3 located suitable properties within the targeted watershed and engaged property owners. After selecting the Coleman Property, V3 designed and implemented an on-site mitigation plan, securing necessary permits and collaborating with a contractor for construction.
V3 is contracted to monitor the site for 5-10 years, ensuring compliance with permit requirements. Monitoring includes vegetation sampling, soil and hydrology assessments, and inspections of stream bank stabilization and in-stream structures. This project provides a sustainable solution for wetland and stream impacts, ensuring long-term environmental compliance.
