Clyfford Still Museum
The Clyfford Still Museum, located next to the Denver Art Museum Frederic C. Hamilton Building at 13th Ave. and Bannock St., was built to house the complete works of Clyfford Still. The project included significant site improvements to Bannock St. and 13th Ave., featuring the replacement of the existing detention pond with an underground system to manage stormwater for both 10-year and 100-year events. Additionally, a water quality planter was incorporated along Bannock St. V3 also completed the Improvement Survey Plat for the Enterprise Agreement with the Denver Art Museum and the City and County of Denver. The site development proceeded through the City and County of Denver’s approval process, including reviews by the Wastewater Management Division and Denver Water.
