City Way Phase II
Our team provided comprehensive site design and civil engineering services for the $110-million second phase of CityWay, a mixed-use urban infill project in Indianapolis spearheaded by Buckingham Properties, LLC. This development, adjacent to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, featured a nine-story high-rise atop an existing parking garage and two four-story buildings, offering apartments, condominiums, retail spaces, and a parking garage. We included ADA-accessible sidewalks, utilities, and advanced stormwater management in our design. By integrating green infrastructure elements like rain gardens and permeable parking stalls, we enhanced water quality and reduced infrastructure costs, aligning with the City’s sustainability goals. This project not only revitalized the south side of downtown but also strengthened the public-private partnership between Eli Lilly and the City, showcasing our commitment to sustainable urban development.
