300 S. Tryon Outdoor Terrace Garden
High above Uptown Charlotte sits a stunning 8,000 square foot rooftop deck, providing beautiful, 180-degree panoramic views of South End and BB&T Stadium. The owners of 300 S. Tryon aimed to give guests a space to recharge and relax in the hotly desired North Carolina neighborhood, and our landscape architecture services helped revitalize the rooftop space. The space includes custom design aluminum planters, built-in path lighting with bench seating, handcrafted concrete pavers, custom drains along the sloped building face, and an elevated wooden platform. Adding green space to the building amenities has helped make this location a premier office space for Charlotte professionals.
