V3 Companies has once again been named the Illinois Healthiest Employer of 2022 among firms with 100-499 employees, as part of Crain’s Chicago Business and Cigna’s annual Best Workplace Wellness Programs. V3 was also named 3rd place winner for the Healthiest Employer in Indiana as well as a 3-Star Achievewell Company awarded by the Wellness Council of Indiana. These awards recognize companies that make workplace wellness a priority.
A customizable experience is what makes V3’s REVITALIZE Wellness program standout. REVITALIZE is not about one set of criteria that everyone has to meet. It is about offering a wide variety of options that encapsulate all aspects of well-being through e-learning, competition, in-person and virtual engagement with other offices, education on a full spectrum of wellbeing and investments in our participant’s overall health. This allows participants to choose their own path within the program. Each year, new challenges are added for a fresh element so the program doesn’t become stale. Technology is at the forefront as our company grows so we can continue to include and engage spouses and families as part of our corporate culture. While the REVITALIZE program is about feeling healthy and happy, it also very much about the participants having fun!
“Our REVITALIZE program continues to evolve and amaze me every year! We have a passionate and dedicated committee who creates new and engaging challenges and competitions that continue to push our participation rates up. We have expanded our mental health offerings, improved technology and options to serve our growing footprint of regional offices, and continue to review our participant specific data to tie our educational offerings directly to topics that will connect with our team. I see the impact first hand as a leader in strategic growth when I speak to incoming employees and they are excited to engage in the program as quickly as possible when they learn about it. I’ve never been prouder to be a part of REVITALIZE – not only to support the program, but serve on the committee as well.” – Pat Kennedy, Executive Vice President
