The new group of shareholders brings the number of V3 owners to 65. Employees are invited to become shareholders based on exemplary contributions to the company through their leadership, technical expertise and client service.
Keith Jones is a Project Manager and Senior Ecologist in the Ecological Restoration Group in Illinois and has been with V3 for 22 years. He is responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring ecological projects related to creation, mitigation, enhancement, and restoration of varying wetland community types, shorelines, prairies, savannas and native urban landscapes. Keith is the Senior Burn Boss for V3. “Keith has filled many roles over the years to help grow ecological restoration services at V3. His depth of knowledge is a balance of technical insight and practical application that has led to trusted client relationships and significant long-term contracts,” said Mike Famiglietti, Director of Construction & Ecological Restoration.
Cheryl Ludwig is a Resident Construction Manager in the Construction Engineering group in Illinois and has been with V3 for 16 years. She has 19 years of experience in construction inspection and documentation on various IDOT, Illinois Tollway and county projects. Cheryl is certified by IDOT for project documentation and has had some materials testing training. “Cheryl’s knowledge of the industry, dedication to clients and management skills have made her an invaluable member of our team. Her hard work and focus on client’s needs and expectations have also resulted in significant repeat work. She is a skilled Program Manager with a passion to do whatever it takes to get the job done,” said Construction Engineering Director Matt Powers.
Brian Schaul is a Senior Project Manager in the Survey Group in Illinois and has been with V3 for 7 years. He has 23 years of total experience and is responsible for survey services related to construction projects. Brian also assists in the development of CAD templates and drafting procedures for the group. “Brian‘s ability to manage numerous large and complex construction projects and clients makes him an invaluable leader in our Survey construction group,” said Chris Bartosz, Director of Surveying.
