INDIANAPOLIS, IN – V3 Companies, Ltd. and SEA Group, LLC announce that the two firms have merged. Together, they provide greater technical expertise and capacity across the Great Lakes Region through their integrated delivery of surveying, engineering, landscape architecture design and natural resources consulting.
Founded in 2005 by Brian Rismiller, PLS, and Jim Fazekas, PLS, SEA Group adds surveying expertise to V3’s Indianapolis operation. “The merger with V3 expands our capacity to serve clients,” said Mr. Rismiller, “We now provide a greater breadth of solutions to our clients and will continue the high-quality service that our dedicated team has delivered over the past 14 years.” He said that another benefit is the merger creates expanded career opportunities for his team.
