Our employee enrichment programs reflect our commitment to making V3 an inspiring place to work. Throughout the year, our team embarks on new adventures to expand our professional and personal horizons, and in 2025, we’re launching a brand-new mentorship program to expand our enrichment offerings even further! Discover what we were up to for the first quarter of the year.
REVITALIZE
REVITALIZE is our award-winning wellness program devoted to physical, mental, financial, and social health. To inspire our team to achieve their health goals this year, we delivered several opportunities to set benchmarks and start moving forward.
- 2025 program kickoff: The REVITALIZE committee started the year with a kickoff presentation to help our team understand the program’s ins and outs. Every activity helps participants earn either a cashback bonus or money towards their HSA, so this year the committee changed progress tracking from points to dollars to keep us moving!
- Winter walking challenge: Our first walking challenge of the year pushed us to walk 50,000 steps in seven days. With an end goal of 25 miles, this event helped us crank up the heat as snow fell down.
- Q1 Adventure Club bingo card: Every quarter our bingo cards encourage our team to try new things and push outside their comfort zones!
- Virtual paint and sip: This activity paired an online professional artist with hands-on paint supplies, guiding our team from blank canvas to a sunset sonata.

VSR

VSR (V3 Social Responsibility) organizes volunteer opportunities throughout the year to help our team serve their communities. While cold weather limits volunteer opportunities, our committee pushed forward with future plans, including appointing our new VSR Chair, Saad Khatri.
Fun Committee
Our Fun Committee brightens our days with office events that help us unwind and spend time together. Each of our regional offices hosts a variety of experiences. This winter, we enjoyed:
- Chili cookoffs
- Pizza bar outings
- Super Bowl squares
- Family fun days
- And more

Plus, our Indianapolis team hosted an open house to showcase their new office location, while the Woodridge crew prepared for their own office renovation by demolishing the current space.


New! Gather & Grow
New in 2025, Gather & Grow is a volunteer-based group mentorship program where diverse groups meet on a regular basis to discuss topics of interest and learn from one another’s experiences. Groups are comprised of individuals from different regions and service lines, which lead to enriched learning experiences. Recognizing that every employee has the potential to be both a teacher and a student, this program is designed to foster internal growth and expertise. It aims to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that not only inspires but also motivates employees to share knowledge and experiences.
Our inaugural program consists of 14 groups and will start meeting this month. We are thrilled to kick off this exciting new opportunity for our team!
