REVITALIZE
Our award-winning wellness program encourages employees and their spouses to reach their physical, mental, and financial goals by offering participation incentive points that add up to a annual monetary reward. Throughout the year, the REVITALIZE team organizes workshops and activities to keep momentum and motivation flowing.
In 2024, we kicked off a new fitness tracker that helped us stay more accurately up to date with daily step counts, walking challenges, and learning opportunities. As a company, we walked a total of 507,966,489 tracked steps! We also were recognized as 2nd Healthiest Employer in both Illinois and Indiana.

VSR
“Service to Community” is one of our five core values, and in 2024, V3 worked with nonprofits across North America to positively impact the places where we live and work. Every team member receives eight hours of volunteer time off (VTO) to participate in a charitable activity such as building homes or cleaning green spaces.
Thanks to our outstanding commitment to community service, our VSR program was featured in the 2024 summer issue of Engineering, Inc!

DEIB
Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee continued fostering our mission to promote a safe and empowering workplace. In 2024, we expanded our annual diversity scholarship program from one to five universities, supporting the next generation of engineers, scientists, and construction professionals.
We also hosted a variety of networking and team appreciation events, such as our annual Women & Wine and World Heritage Day celebrations. These events are organized in every regional office to ensure everyone has a chance to participate and get inspired by our team’s vast backgrounds and skillsets.
Career Growth
Our team is passionate about our work, and we foster that drive through several programs devoted to growth. In 2024, our third Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) class concluded their two-year leadership education, taking on such projects as organizing the company retreat and initiating a new enrichment program that will debut later this year. ELP encourages team members to work with people across teams and roles while gaining valuable leadership skills; a new class will kick off in 2025.
Throughout the year, team members engage in our Career Charter program, which replaces annual reviews to instead focus on building dream careers. These collaborative discussions map out short and long-term goals between employee and supervisor, allowing for clear understanding on how to achieve growth and fulfillment. In 2024, we held 205 career charters. We also launched LinkedIn Learning as a companywide training tool.
In addition, we celebrate milestones and achievements through our workiversary and High-5 programs, which allow team members to give each other rewards for going above and beyond.
FUN Committee
It wouldn’t be life at V3 without a party! Our FUN Committee had a blast planning unique in-office and after-hours events throughout the year, from taco Tuesdays, office Olympics, holiday parties, amusement park outings, pumpkin carving, Pi Day, and more. We hosted our annual team retreat in Columbus, OH as well as several open houses and client appreciation events such as Mini Masters.
