Costco Wholesale Corporation has partnered with our team for 40 projects over the past 23 years, working together to bring gas stations, warehouses, and depot developments to life. These projects have ranged in size and scope, encompassing everything from due diligence and surveying services to permitting for both site development and adjacent roadways. Project coordination has included working daily with the ownership group, architects, landscape architects, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consultants, and the construction teams. To date, we’ve overseen Costco projects in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, Arizona, and Colorado.
