Marwayne ASP
As part of its strategy to manage growth and development over the next 30 years, the Village of Marwayne contracted our team to prepare long-range population and economic growth forecasts, and analyze existing and future servicing (water and sanitary) capacity. Another key component was the preparation of a development concept plan that would be used to guide annexation of lands adjacent to the existing Village boundary, maintain its natural assets, protect an existing watercourse, and develop a trail and park network. Our technical analysis and a comprehensive public engagement process via a design charrette helped to identify Marwayne’s unique needs and provide the right solutions.
