Brian Coghlan, P.E., CFM joined V3 through its recent merger with Bird + Bull, Inc. and is Municipal Services Leader for the Ohio region. With over 26 years of experience, Brian will provide leadership in increasing the firm’s growth in the municipal and government markets by delivering V3’s broader slate of services through his approach of working with clients to find solutions that are practical, logical and cost effective while still maintaining the integrity of the projects. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Dayton, is a Professional Engineer in Ohio and a Certified Flood Plain Manager.
